Who Are The Enemies Of Alex Sabundu Badeh?

By Tom Garba, Yola

The above question is what I termed and I considered a big question that is in dire need of a big answer. Who are the people behinds the scene, working round the clock, always standing with their toes to see that this Four star General have put in the dungeons of disgraced just because he chooses to be different and the different is nothing than Obedient to constituted authority.

The office of Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) happened to be the highest ranking military office of the Nigerian Armed Forces. It is occupied by the

most senior commissioned officer appointed by the President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of

Nigeria .
The office was established for the first time under Nigeria's 1979 constitution,The CDS reports to the commander-in- Chief with administrative supervision of the Honourable

Minister of Defence. It is the duty and responsibility of the CDS to formulate and execute policies, programmes

towards the highest attainment of National Security and operational competence of the Armed Forces namely; the Army, Navy and Air Force.

The CDS is assisted by the other
Service Chiefs: Chief of Army Staff
Chief of Naval Staff Chief Air Staff.
Permit me to say that before the coming on board of Air Marshal Alex Subundu Badeh in January 16,2014 there were other CDS who held the office before him these are;

Lt. Gen. I. A.Akinrinade (1980–1981)
Lt. Gen.Gibson Jalo (1981-1983) Gen.Domkat Bali (1984-1990)

General Sani Abacha (1990-1993)
Lt. Gen. Oladipo Diya (1993-1993)
Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar (1993-1998)
Air Marshal Al-Amin D. (1998-1999)
Admiral Ibrahim Ogohi (1999-2003)
Gen Alex Ogomudia ( 2003-2006)
Gen Martin Luther Agwai ( 2006- 2007)
Gen. Owoye Andrew Azazi ( 2007-2008)
Air Chief Marshal Paul Dike (2008-2010)
Air Marshal Oluseyi Petinrin (2010-2012)
Admiral Ola Ibrahim (2012-2014) and
Gen. A G Olonisakin who is currently the number Man in the Nigerian armed forces.

It might interest all Nigerians to know that from 1980 to the time Alex retired as the CDS,the anti graft war has not been on any Chief of Defence neither was it shown that any one of them has been dragged to court for any criminal charges, except for Alex Sabundu Badeh, the only one Man the Nigerian Judiciary wants to deny Justice.

Suffice it to say that those i considered Alex enemies are those good Nigerians who do not want to speak out for the right of those people I call the voiceless, the defenceless and the downtrodden.

In Nigeria is clearly showing that a Man could spend more than 35 years without blemish only to have faults when he is out of office (service), please let's all get it right now than later, any body that has reached a level of being a good Man should be given the honour of being a good Man l and he that has spots of blames should be call to book to answer and clear his name no matter who he is or the son of whoever he may be.

I am calling on all Nigerians to come out with their bold in confidence to tell the truth no matter what the threads to live could be.

Calling on the Generals, the lieutenants and all the ranks and files to talk, write in defence of the truth of any single Nigerian that has been denied justice.

All and every Nigerian is a stakeholder in making sure that Nigeria standing right in the verge of justice against injustice

It's when we fight against injustice that More than half of our problem is being solve. As it is common said " Justice is the Hope of a common Man" and the delay in justice is justice being denied.
