There are interesting developments between Lagos and Uk in respect of two Governors of Lagos and two British Billionaires.

Leon Blavatnik is a USSR-born businessman, investor, and philanthropit. He made his fortune through business via diversified investments in myriad companies through his conglomerate company, Access Industries . In 2015, he was named Britain's richest man with an estimated net worth of £17.1 billion as of April 2015. ^{[2 He was born Jume 14 1957 relatedly the Governor of Lagos Nigerias Richest State , Akinwunmi Ambode was born June 14 1963.}

^{As if that is not enough} Russian Billionaire, and Richest Russian, and second richest British Resident Alister Usmanov once the Richest British Resident wiith an estimated fortune of £10.65bn and ex-military administrator of Lagos, Nigeria"s Richest State,, Buba Marwa were both born on September 9 1953.

Usmanov studied International Law at the Moscow Institute of International Relations whereas Marwa, studied International Relations at the Pittsburg University.Usmanov and Marwa have both been arrested on suspicion of Bribery and corruption and Financial crimes respectively.They were both discharged later on.

Usmanov and Marwa are both Muslims.
