Chief Daniel Ilesanmi Imuze, Yoruba Leader In Pakistan Appreciates His Excellency Muhamadu Buhari, President Of Nigeria For Supporting The Cause Of Nigerian Women At Home And Abroad

Former President (YCNP) 2010-2012 Yoruba Community of Nigeria in Pakistan has lauded the personal efforts of His Excellency, Muhammadu Buhari, President of Federal Republic of Nigeria for supporting the cause of Nigerian Women on International Women’s Day for parity and termed it a great step forward to bring to limelight the untold stories of Nigerian Women in the reconstruction of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Chief Daniel Imuzie said President’s support for Nigerian women clearly indicates that the Administration of President Buhari is sincerely committed to the promotion of women’s rights and their well being in Federal Republic of Nigeria at home and abroad.

He added that “Equality for Women in Federal Republic of Nigeria” will further bring laurels for our homeland and it is line with the theme of this year’s International Women’s Day, viz “Pledge for Parity”.

Chief Daniel Imuzie said it is true that Nigerian women are working shoulder to shoulder with Nigerian men in the field of Trade, Commerce besides Import-Export Business which is commendable.

He also paid rich tribute to unforgettable contribution made by Dura Aknnyili who was the Director General of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) of Nigeria and later Nigerian Minister for Information and Communications from 2008 to 2010.

Likewise, Chief Danial Imuzie also lauded Ameyo Adadeyoh who was Nigerian Physician. Her great grandfather Herbert Macaulay is one of the most celebrated founders of modern Nigeria.

Chief Daniel Imuzie added that His Excellency President Mahummadu Buhari’s patronage and support for the Women in Nigeria will bring to limelight the silent role of Nigerian Women for the homeland as “Bold, Courageous, Innovative, Daring and the most strong pillar of Nigerian Social set up” who have the courage to move forward with the challenges of the modern day demands.
