The Remains Of Rt. Rev Dr Danu Harris Wonosikou Finally Laid To Rest

The Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria (LCCN), Numan Adamawa state has witness a mammoth crowds of unprecedented Well wishers that gathered in the headquarters of the church to thank God of a life well spend of Baba Rt Rev Dr Danu Harris Wonosikou who died 22nd December, 2015 and burried 30th January, 2016

The Worshipers in their hundreds welling out songs of praises and thanks of an indelibly Emeritus Bishop of the Lutherans Theological Academics who spend his entire life working in God's vineyard.

Wonosikou who had his Masters and PhD of Theology in USA and London in early 80s and earlier 90s respectively, later turned a lecturer in the Lutheran Bible College and Theological college of Northern Nigeria (TCNN),Bukuru Jos.

The lost of Baba Bishop as is popularly call attracts the high and low sons of Adamawa state both within and in diaspora, prominent among them to witness the Burial thanksgiving are ; The Governor of Adamawa state, Muhammadu Umaru Jibrila Bindow, the Deputy Governor of the state, Rt Hon. Marthins Babale, Former Chief of defence, Air Marshal Alex Sabundu Bade, Anglican Bishop of Jos , Benjamin Kwasi, Anglican Bishop of Yola , Ibrahim Anfani,Senators both serving and formers, Representatives of CAN, FCS and TCNN.

Many Tributes were written down to celebrates the life and times of the Dr Danu as many call and seen him to have lived a humble and meekest life for the sake of the Cross and humanity.

The moments was indeed a time of celebration as all mourners are just thanking God for the life of the Man that change many lives in the entire Northern region with his Evangelism calling of preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, most especially those in Bachama kingdom.
