I Slept off When my Wife Was in Labour…Sound Sultan

The high rate of crime in Nigeria especially in Lagos traffic these days is becoming worrisome as it is gradually becoming a daily routine in some parts of the metropolis which needs urgent attention from the government and security operatives.

Recently, some celebrities have had a share of these attacks by men of the underworld in various traffic and fortunately no live has been lost so far but properties are always being carted away while some sustain minor injuries I the process.

In the months past, entertainers like Ireti Doyle, CDQ, Jaywon, Salawa Abeni's children and many others alike have had encounters with these heartless robbers and have continued to cry out with no efforts to stem the situation.

As the cry continues, Colombian wife of Nollywood actor, IK Ogbonna, Sonia with her baby, were recently attacked in Mile 2, as their windscreen was smashed while the robbers went away with her bag and mobile phone.

The actor, who is currently happy that his wife and son are in good health, questioned when the whole sad situation was going to end while questioning the ability of the Nigerian security system.

According to Ik, “Are we safe? Tomorrow morning I am pretty sure I will wake up to another news of these bastards taking things from people in traffic. Please Lagos State, we love you so much we, moved here to hustle, make a living and live in peace, happiness and security is something we have a full right to demand for as citizens! This must stop! My wife and son are safe that's my only joy right now. Jesus is Lord.”
