Oshiomhole Remarries

SAN FRANCISCO, May 14, (THEWILL) – Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, Thursday announced that he would marry his fiancée, Lara Fortes, Friday in a marriage ceremony that will hold at the Etsako West Local Government Council Marriage Registry, Auchi, at 10 a.m, while a reception has been scheduled for his country home in Iyamho.

Oshiomhole has been a widower since the demise of Clara, his wife, who died on December 8, 2010, from cancer.

The elaborate wedding ceremony is expected to have in attendance chieftains of his political party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), top government personnel and friends of the bride and groom.

'While looking forward to the honour of your distinguished presence, I sincerely crave your pardon for the rather short notice. Please accept the renewed assurances of my highest esteem,” Oshiomhole wrote in the wedding notice that he sent to friends and associates.
