Umana Is The Number One Enemy Of Oro –larry Esin
A Political leader in Oro nation Engr Larry Esin has voiced out against the ambition of Obong Umana Okon Umana, describing the APC governorship candidate as the Enemy number One of Oro nation.
Engr Esin, a former PDP governorship aspirant, was speaking on a live radio interview where he took his numerous supporters down memory lane where Umana Umana as the Secretary to the state government positioned himself to become the next governor of Akwa Ibom state.
He noted that Umana destroyed all Oro sons and daughters whom he viewed as roadblock to his gubernatorial bid.
He noted that Barr. Effiong Abia suffered untold hardship in the hands of Umana Umana who made sure that no meaningful money was being put into the ministry that the Oro Sons were heading , and noted that the APC governorship candidate spearheaded the campaign against top Akwa Ibomites that had similar governorship ambition.
Whle answering questions from callers who joined the radio programme, Engr Larry Esin noted that as a leader of Oro nation his duty is to tell the truth at all time noting that if Umana truly loved Oro nation and wanted justice for the region he (Umana) would have used his financial muscles and connections as an elder statesman to ensure that an Oro son flies the APC governorship flag, instead of forcing himself on the people and thinking that people will view him as a last resort alternative to the Peoples Democratic Party in the state.
Engr Esin enjoined all Oro sons and daughters to vote massively for Udom Emmanuel as Oro cause is fully secured under his leadership.
“I am speaking as a Political leader in Ore nation and I am urging all Akwa Ibom people to fully come out on the 11th of April and vote the PDP all the way from the state House of Assembly to the governorship”.
He described the APC as a party that is full of hypocrites who have serious dislike and always show disdain for the Oro nation.
“Let me tell you something, there was a time that Oro people were having a meeting in a certain hotel owned by Rita Akpan, when she came around she sacked the hotel staff that gave approval for Oro indigenes to use her hotel”
Engr Larry Esin noted that the APC gubernatorial candidate blocked and frustrated all plans to ensure that an Oro son takes over from Chief (Dr) Godswill Obot Akpabio, stressing that the time for Umana Umana to pay for all his treachery has come as he will fail woefully at the polls on Saturday.
"Look at the person he is nominating as his running mate in the governorship election, where has he ever projected the interest of the Oro people or what has he ever done for Oro people"? he fumed
