Jonathan Eligible To Seek Re-election – Court Of Appeal

BEVERLY HILLS, March 03, (THEWILL) – President Goodluck Jonathan has been declared eligible to seek re-election by the Court of Appeal in Abuja.

In a ruling delivered on Tuesday in an appeal seeking to stop the President from presenting himself for the March 28, 2015 presidential election, the court said President Jonathan's first tenure started on March 29, 2011, when he took his oath of office.
