Government See Entertainers As Unserious People—Fuji House Of Commotion Star, Ireti

Nollywood actress, Sola Onayiga better known as Ireti in popular sitcom, Fuji House of Commotion, has disclosed her desires to bring the most anticipating change that the masses have have been yarning for.

The actress according to Nation Newspaper, has revealed her interest to represent the Ikorodu 1 Constituency in the Lagos State House of Assembly after she filled her INEC form and will be running under the Social Democratic Party (SDP).

She also accused the government of using the entertainers for their political programmes without taking them serious in other spheres of life.

“They see entertainers as unserious set of people. Government is not putting money into the arts in this country, all they do is invite us for their programmes to come and dance,” she said.
