According to him, “our brother has done exceptionally well, we must support and keep faith with him and urge him to defy all the odds and declare his intention to re-contest”. He assured them that NDDGG and KUF will work closely with them to ensure that they deliver Jonathan. He reminded them also that his group KUF is also fighting a cause to ensure the emergence of a kalabari governor in rivers state. According to him, the kalabari project for governor must be achieved so that the igbos can be given their pride of place in the scheme of things in the state. Jackrich explained that the kalabaris and the Igbos are closely bonded by marriage and other historical affiliation, adding that the re-election of President Jonathan and enthronement of a Kalabari governor will further cement that relationship and take it to a whole new height.
