Jonathan to kick-off victim support fund launch tomorrow

President Goodluck Jonathan will on Thursday (tomorrow) launch the Victim Support Fund to raise funds for victims of terror attack across the country.

The Minister of Information, Labaran Maku, made this know to the State House correspondents, saying that the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Anyim Pius Anyim briefed the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday on preparation for the fund raising launch. He said the fund will be launched at a Presidential Fund Raising dinner which will be held at the banquet hall of the State House Abuja.

It could be recalled that the Presidential committee headed by Gen Theophilus .Y Danjuma was set up to administer the fund.
