The Islamic Mission for Africa, IMA, has preached collaboration of Islamic organizations in bringing about peaceful co-existence in our society.

The organisation unveiled this during a courtesy visit to the the Republic of Benin-based Muslim Philanthropist, Alhaja Naimatou Akadiri Toukourou at a Ramadan lecture organized by her foundation in Cotonou, Benin Republic.

Prince Bola Ajibola who led the delegation, praised the philanthropic gestures of Akadiri who used her foundation to sponsor indigent students and propagate Islam, noting that his own mission of founding IMA and Crescent University, Abeokuta was the same.

Ajibola said it was high time for Muslim organizations to collaborate in the enlightenment and education of youths around the world as this was the only way their minds could be liberated from bigotry.

Earlier in his lecture, the famous Islamic cleric, Sheikh Muhyideen Bello praised efforts of the two philanthropists for their positive propagation and projection of Islam as a religion of peace and submission to God's command.
