Any worker sacked by Fayemi for voting PDP will be reinstated - Fayose

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Ekiti State, Mr Ayodele Fayose has promised to reinstate any civil servant sacked unjustly between now and October by the Governor Kayode Fayemi led All Progressives Congress (APC) government.

Fayose, who alleged that the State Government was threatening government workers with sack if they vote for the PDP in the June 21 election, said; "anyone sacked by Fayemi for voting against the oppressive APC government will be reinstated within 48 hours of my assumption of office."

In a release issued by the Director General, Ayo Fayose Campaign Organisation (AFCO), Chief Dipo Anisulowo, the governorship candidate allayed the fears of the civil servant, describing claim that Governor Fayemi had procured satellite camera to monitor voters on the election day as "ridiculous falsehood aimed at creating fears in the minds of public servants."

Fayose said no amount of threat will prevent Fayemi from defeat in the election, adding that the entire government workers in the State are tired of being oppressed by a government that should be theirs.

AFCO said; "With defeat now staring them in the face, what Fayemi and his men have resorted to is to threaten civil servants with sack, claiming that they have installed satellite camera in all the polling units.

"This is a lie from the mouths of already defeated people because that was the same way Fayemi lied that he recorded election rigging in 2007 but could not present
