The Super Eagles gaffer has revealed that he is self-assured that his men will put up a great showing when the 2014 Fifa World Cup kicks off in Brazil

Nigeria national team handler coach Stephen Keshi has said he is gaining increased self-belief as the 2014 Fifa World Cup Brazil draws closer.

The former Togo and Mali handler who will lead his side against Scotland in an international friendly and is expected to announce his 23-man squad for the quadrennial global football showpiece on June 2

'I am beginning to see a good sign; everything is beginning to fall in place,' Keshi told newsmen in Lagos on Monday.

' It is good that everybody is coming together for the sake of Nigeria. There are elements of the 1994 team in my current team.

The Super Eagles skipper to 1994 edition of the competition also revealed that he is banking on teamwork to help the country achieve a good result when the tournament gets underway while revealing that he will take every team very serious.

'I know mentally they are ready, but I need to see them again on the field because we have not seen them since we played against Mexico.

'My goal is to bring joy to Nigerians and to do that we need to work harder.

'My focus is not on Argentina, we have to play Iran and Bosnia first before looking at Argentina,' he concluded. Goal
