Ashafa Lauds APC Registration Exercise

The Vice Chairman, Senate Committee on Housing, Lands and Urban Development, Senator 'Gbenga Ashafa has lauded the success achieved so far at the on going registration exercise of the All Progressives Party across the states.

Ashafa stated this during the on going registration exercise recently in Bogije, Ibeju- Lekki where he registered as a bonafide member of the APC Party, Bogije, ward F.

The lagos East senatorial district senator enjoins all that are yet to register to do so.

"I urge all progressive minded people to go en masse and register as members of our great party that is ready to change the Nigeria economy for the betterment of the people. The All Progressives Party is on a rescue mission and this exercise is part of the building process for the completion of the mission come 2015." He said

The lawmaker also commended the party for extending the registration exercise for two extra days. " According to reports, many have reached out to the party to give them the opportunity to join the APC train of change, hence the party decided to extend the registration exercise for two more days. This will surely give room for more people to be registered" he said.

The exercise now ends on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014.
