'Ado Bayero Mall' is the first ultra-modern shopping mall in Northern Nigeria, located in the heart of Kano city and named after the city's longest serving Monarch, His Royal Highness Alhaji (Dr). The Mall is being developed by Alpine Investment Services Limited through a Special Purpose Vehicle known as Beverly Development & Realties Limited.
Ado Bayero Mall in Kano, Nigeria is strategically located in the heart of the city with great access and connectivity. The Mall has prominent international retailers such as Shoprite, Game, etc. The Mall is currently under Fit-Outs and is slated to open soon with the key anchors, family entertainment centre, multiplex etc. This is a 1st Mall by the said developers and the developers are planning to setup similar Malls across Nigeria, based on success of this Mall. Apart from being the largest Mall of Nigeria, 'Ado Bayero Mall' is also the 1st Mall of Northern Nigeria. The Mall will offer international shopping experience and international cuisines to its customers.
