n BEVERLY HILLS, February 04, (THEWILL) - The political tension ahead of the 2015 general elections between the rival parties, the Peoples Democratic Party and the All Progressives Congress (APC) played out at Tuesday's Council of State meeting inside the Presidential Villa Abuja as Adamawa State Governor, Mr.

Murtala Nyako of the APC warned the Governor of Abia State, Mr.

Theodore Orji (PDP) not to poison him.
The sitting arrangement in the meeting which was done alphabetically had placed the Governors of Abia, Adamawa and Akwa Ibom close in that order.

However, before the meeting started, Nyako confronted Orji and the conversation below ensued: Nyako: I am telling you don't poison me here.

I am not comfortable with you here.
If anything happens to me, Walahi, my people will take you to court.

Orji: For how many years have we been sitting together! Is it this zero hour that I will poison you? Nyako: Who knows? Nyako then turns to Martins Elechi (Governor of Ebonyi) and said, 'I am just warning him not to poison me.

Is there any law that says we must sit together? The Governors however eventually sat as designated at the meeting.

THEWILL gathered that the meeting discussed several issues from security to the economy.

Meanwhile, former heads of State, General Muhammadu Buhari and General Olusegun Obasanjo as well as the Governor of Rivers State, Mr.

Rotimi Amaechi (APC) and the Governor of Kano State, Engr.

Rabiu Kwakwanso did not attend Tuesday's session.
Past and present Presidents and Heads of State are members of the Council of State.
