Lagos Court strikes out case filed by Ojukwu's eldest son
A Lagos High Court Justice Okon Abang on Friday struck out the case filed by Chief Debe Ojukwu who is challenging alleged breach of his human rights by his relations.
Debe had sought a court order to restrain his brothers and sisters from threatening his life as the eldest son of the late Dim Odimegwu Ojukwu., He had demanded in the case filed in October 2012 for N100million damage.
However, the court struck out the case on the grounds that it had no jurisdiction to entertain the case.
