Randy Man To Spend 10 Years In Prison For Raping Friend's Wife

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, January 09, (THEWILL) - A randy man, Baba Gana Mohammed, of  Damboa town in Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State, has landed himself in trouble.

He is to spend the next 10 years behind the prison walls for raping his best friend's wife.

The convict confessed to committing the crime, saying it was a mistake.

11 presided over by Justice Alkali Gana Wakil sentenced Mohammed  to the jail term for allegedly  sneaking  into the room of his friend who is his  co-tenant, raped his wife and sucked her breasts sullen.

While sentencing the accused, Justice   Wakil  said it was in accordance with section 283 of the penal code even as he observed that the crime of rape has assumed a universal dimension and therefore, advising  people to be wary of associates and acquaintances.

Describing  the convict  as a "poacher of married women", Wakil said  his act was reprehensible and callous.

The judge  lamented that the convict is a friend to the victim's husband and was his best friend but when his friend left for a journey,  he had a canal knowledge of his friend's  wife to the extent that he sucked  her  breast until it got swollen.
