Skye Bank's Negligent Services: A Customer's Experience

I am writing to express my feeling regarding the poor services received in one of your branches in Abuja. I paid in USD$400 dollars, there was no confirmation by SMS or through my e-mail as they promised to alert me, but with the sum of money I withdrew later on, an immediate alert came onto my cellphone, I don't know why till date....Skye Bank PLC, Any explanations?

Secondly, I am surprised that the transfer of very small amount now takes two to three days in SKYE BANK PLC. This is very poor since painful series of calls was made and they kept telling me we are on it, which was very bad.
