APPRAISAL OF TRANSFORMATION AGENDA WITH RESPECT TO INDEPENDENT NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION (INEC) SERVICE DELIVERY TO NIGERIANS

2. We praise Mr. President one man one vote policy and believe that you will look into service delivery failure of INEC with respect to untimely delivery of electoral materials to polling units that is a
re-occurring event since 1999 general election. We believe you will conclude the electoral reform you started with Late President Umar Musa Yar'adua.
3. Just as the current Edo State Governor praise you for your one man one vote policy after their last governorship election, we believe that all Nigerian citizens in Anambra State that voted for you as
their President, will praise you for repeating what you did at Edo State in Anambra State inconclusive governorship election.
