Glo 'Recharge to Stardom' promo: 3 lucky winners collect N1million each in Port Harcourt
It was a time of surprises and thrills for traders and residents of the popular Ogbunabali market area in Port Harcourt as 3 lucky subscribers who emerged winners in the ongoing Glo 'Recharge to Stardom' promo, Alfred Nzeaka, a driver, Emily Ajaino, a trader and Anthonia Dickson, a caterer collected their cheques of N1 million each at a special prize presentation ceremony held in the market on Thursday.
Other lucky Glo subscribers who collected their cheques at the occasioninclude Sampson Akpan a civil servant in Uyo who won N25,000 and Stanley Amadi, a driver from Port Harcourt who collected a cheque for the sum N10,000.
The entire community was charged with excitement as it became clear that winners in the Glo 10th anniversary promo will be presented with prizes at the event.
Emily Ajaino, a foodstuff trader based in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state who won N1 million in the promo said she was very delighted to have been picked as a winner after 8 years of being on the Glo network.'I am so happy and excited. Glo has given me N1 million. Glo is the best network and I now believe their promos are real. I want to say a big thank you to Glo', she said.
Another winner of N1 million in the promo is a caterer and restaurateur, Anthonia Dickson. She explained that she bought and registered the line over three years ago, but never believed she could win anything from Glo. 'Today, I am glad and overwhelmed. Alfred Nzeaka, a driver for a Port Harcourt-based company and a former resident of the Ogbunabali community also expressed his joy at being one of the lucky winners of Glo's 10th anniversary promo largesse.
