Jonathan To Perform Pilgrimage With Niger State Delegation

President Goodluck Jonathan will perform this year pilgrimage to Israel with the Niger state delegation, the Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission has announced.

The executive director, Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission, John Kennedy, explained that the president will use the opportunity of the trip to the holy land to pray for the country.

He spoke  during a courtesy visit to Governor Muazu Aliyu of Niger state.

He also informed the governor that the commission in a bid to address the moral decline among the youths in the country has introduced the family pilgrimage, where families can travel at a reduced cost.
