The  Manager of the company , Alhaji Adamu Badejo has been under the raging storm for allegedly diverting  funds belonging to the flour mills to his personal use .

Already, the Union leaders of Senior and Junior Staff led by, Engr. Mohammed Bukar and Mr. Ibrahim Hyelakumi respectively  had  dragged  the embattled Manager before the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) for alleged corruption Charges .

The Union who had also reported the issue to its mother body in Apapa Lagos State said it will use the floor of their meetings with other unions under the National Union of Food, Beverages and Tabacco Employees (NUFBTE) to press on EFCC  to bring Adamu Badejo to book for corruption charges.

The  workers who  demanded the immediate  sack and subsequent prosecution of the manager have also petitioned Independent Corrupt Practices Commission, (ICPC), Borno State House of Assembly (BOHA) and the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) to expose the Manager, Alhaji Adamu Badejo over corrupt practices.

“In view of  the shutting  down of the company in Maidugiri,  we are  set for a meeting with the mother company in Lagos on Wednesday to discuss the issue of staff payoff and other entitlements.”.
