Police Dock Homosexual Pastor

A homosexual prophet, Prince Ndubuisi Benjamin has been arraigned before a Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Aba North local council, presided over by Magistrate K.I Udo.

The Police Prosecutor, Corporal Galadima Rubise accused Benjamin of having carnal knowledge of one Ndukwe Oko against the order of nature through the anus and thereby committed an offence punishable under section 214(1) of the Criminal Code, cap 80 vol.3 laws of Abia State 2005. When he was asked to react to the charge, Benjamin told the court that he is a businessman and not a prophet as was alleged by the police.

He lamented that until he was brought before the magistrate, the police failed to tell him his offence(s)
which warranted his arrest and therefore, pleaded not guilty to the crime and agreed to the continuation of his trial by the Magistrate.

After listening to the accused’s plea, Magistrate Udo granted him bail in the sum of N200, 000 with a surety like the sum.

Magistrate Udo stated that the surety must be a person with a verifiable residential address within the jurisdiction of the court and must submit two of his/her recent passport sized photographs.

The case which was adjourned till 9th of September 2013 for continuation of trial, witnessed a crowd of anxious residents of Ukaegbu road, Ogbor Hill, many of whom told our correspondent that they have been suspecting the activities of the prophet.

Recall that Benjamin was arrested by the police on the complaints of the victim’s family who accused him of having unlawful carnal knowledge of their son, Ndukwe Oko.

The prophet was alleged to have engaged his victim; Ndukwe aged 23, as a worker in his church located at 89 Ukaegbu road, Ogbor Hill, Aba as a ploy to have him around for the illegal love affair.

He was also accused of administering an oath on Ndukwe. According to a relation of the victim, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, the boy health started deteriorating, his parents continued asking questions. Ndukwe was forced to open up that he has been engaged in secret homosexual affair with the prophet. Pointblanknews.com gathered that Ndukwe is currently receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital as a result of the injuries sustained in the illicit love affair.

Abia Police Spokesman, ASP Geoffrey Ogbonna said the prophet under interrogation confessed to the police that he was gay while the victim is one of his church workers.

Ogbonna added that Benjamin told the police that he had slept with the victim 17 times since their affair started.
