Obuah, A serial liar, Rivers PDP Faction

The Chief Godspower Ake-led Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Rivers State has expressed shock over the too many lies of Mr. Felix Obuah and his team over the leader of the State House of Assembly, Hon. Chidi Julius Lloyd.

In a statement signed by George Okwuoma-Nwogba, Publicity Secretary of the Ake led PDP said “the same group of people had accused Governor Chibuike Amaechi of hiding the House leader in the Rivers State Government House when they knew that was a lie. It is on record that Hon. Lloyd voluntarily reported to the Force Headquarters, Abuja.”

According to Okwuoma-Nwogba, “there has been credible evidence that Hon.
Lloyd has been handed over to the officers and men Rivers State Police Command and has been facing torture ever since. Obuah knows that too well but with his team, is busy looking for who to blame.”

The factional PDP spokesman continued: “It's disheartening for these same people to also accuse Governor Amaechi of preventing justice through the Chief Judge of Rivers State when it was the Rivers Sate Police Command which could not arraign Hon. Lloyd in court last Friday even when evidence abound to prove the police team that brought him from Abuja arrived Port Harcourt early enough. We wonder on what premise Obuah is accusing the State Chief Judge.

“Obuah and his team know where Hon. Lloyd is and the torture being meted to him. The Chief Ake-led PDP doubts if Obuah and his team are not in fact, part of the team visiting torture and other inhuman treatments on Hon. Lloyd. We would want Rivers State people to know that should any harm come to Lloyd, Obuah and others working with him to subvert democracy and plunge our dear State into those days of anarchy are principal actors.

“We hope that Obuah will allow justice be done and quickly too to save the House leader from possible death.

“Lies, no matter in what shape, will not turn the truth upside down as Obuah is trying to do.”
