Nigeria court workers call off strike

SAN FRANCISCO, March 13, (THEWILL) - The strike embarked on by Judiciary workers under the aegis of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN), was on Wednesday called off.

The strike was suspended after meetings between the union and the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) were concluded early Wednesday morning.

The workers embarked on the strike on Monday, March 11, 2013 following the non-implementation of the agreed salary package for the workers by the Federal Government.
