Ramsey Tokunbo Nouah Jr, known professionally as Ramsey Nouah (born on 16 July 1973 in Edo, Nigeria) is a popular Nollywood actor. He has been dubbed "Lover-Boy" for his numerous roles in Romantic movies. He was born to an Israeli father and Nigerian mother from Owo of Ondo state, Nigeria. He is married to Emelia Philips-Nouah and has a son, Quincy Camil Nouah.
