The singing prowess of the new kid on the bloc Whiz kid and 2010 crooner Sound Sultans will once again be put to bare during a special children's day celebrations.

At a media briefing Tasty Fried Chicken; organizers of the event say this is the company's third annual music and comedy concert for children. The event holds inside the company's event centre in Lagos on Children's Day- May 27th.

The quick service restaurant told journalists that Whiz kid, Sound Sultan, Dr. Sid, DJ Zeez and comedian Seyi Law entertain while former Sound City on air personality Denrele is a special guest

Meanwhile, the company announced preparations for its Spelling Bee competition involving fifty top primary schools in Lagos.

Prizes ranging from laptops, play stations 3, 32″ flat screen LCD TVs and several thousand Naira worth of meals, books and learning aids are for the grab.

The company has however announced that the music and comedy concert and the spelling competition is open only to Lagosians.

'Infact, as part of the criteria for participating in the spelling bee, the children themselves must be based in Lagos. We hope that in time as we expand as a brand, the concert will be taken to children in other states' The director added.
