COMMUNITY LEADER LAUDS INEC ON REGISTRATION

PRESIDENT General of Aladja Council of Elders, Prince Ibrahim Dumuje, has commended the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for the remarkable improvement in the ongoing voters registration exercise, which has gathered  speed and led to satisfactory service delivery at most registration centers across Nigeria, urging the people to cooperate with INEC,  so that the April general elections will be a success.

He gave the commendation, weekend, after registering at Ward 10, Unit 4 in Aladja town hall, Udu Local Government Area of Delta State.

Dumuje, noted that INEC had overcome the initial challenges, which characterised the exercise and made it possible for him to be registered in just about five minutes. He appealed to the Aladja people to be patient and come out enmasse to register so as vote for the candidates of their choice.
