Nollywood ace actor Alex Osifo in a rent default

NFC has it on good source that the tough looking actor is currently enmeshed in a rent default that has got his landlady kicking a wild dust all over town.

Those in the know swore that for years now, the delight on screen has refused to pay rent on his three-bedroom apartment at Akowonjo, a Lagos suburb.

Gist is that despite the foreign-based landlady's preparedness to forgo the rent arrears in exchange for him quitting the apartment, this has not cut ice with the actor.

HiSociety gathered that in annoyance, the landlady decided to sell off the house because since Alex Osifo moved into the apartment years back, payment of rent has always been like the struggle between Nigeria and Cameroon over the Bakassi Peninsula, yet, the actor will not move out for prospective buyers to take over.
