Nollywood actor Yomi Gold has opened up about a recent business setback, stating that he will not allow early losses to define his future.

The Yoruba actor, who, according to reports had quit acting to become a goat seller in the US, shared an update on his Instagram page.

Yomi acknowledged that some losses can never be recovered and that he has come to terms with that reality. However, he emphasized that every setback has taught him valuable lessons worth more than what was lost.

He declared that the chapter of loss is closed and that he is now focused on growth, resilience, and new opportunities.

He wrote:
"Early losses in business can't hold me down. Some losses can never be recovered, and I've accepted that. Every setback has taught me valuable lessons, and those lessons are worth more than what was lost.

"I refuse to let the past define my future. I'm moving forward with greater wisdom, stronger determination, and unwavering faith in what lies ahead.

"The chapter of loss is closed. The chapter of growth, resilience, and new opportunities has begun."
