Grace Makun, the wife of celebrity fashion designer Yomi Casual, has shared an emotional tribute to her husband following the death of his close friend and actor, Alexx Ekubo.

In a emotional post on social media, the CEO of Fabjewels recounted the painful journey Yomi undertook to tailor the suit his late friend would wear to his final resting place. She revealed how Yomi, despite his deep grief, insisted on perfection because he knew Alex would have been upset if the suit did not come out well.

According to Grace, the past month had been the hardest for her husband, especially the week leading up to the funeral. She described how Yomi went above and beyond to ensure the suit was exactly how Alex would have wanted it, even joking that "Alex go vex for me if that suit no come out well." She also praised Yomi's strength and courage, noting the pain and grief visible in his eyes as he finally saw his friend looking dapper in the suit one last time. She expressed pride in her husband for completing what she called the hardest job he had ever done.

Expressing her condolences, Grace poured out love to Yomi, acknowledging that the pain of losing Alex would never truly go away. She urged her husband to find solace in knowing he had honoured his friend in the most personal way possible.
