Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has shared vital lessons about growth, urging the public to prioritize their peace at all times.

In a recent Instagram post, the controversial star revealed that she lacks admiration for married people, explaining that majority of those she admired in marriage are now separated.

Speaking on growth, NBS, as she is fondly called likened growth to walking away from people, places, habits, and situations that no longer aligns with an individual.

According to her, protecting one's peace is not selfishness, emphasizing that letting go of things is self-love.

She wrote:
"You think I envy married people? God forbid. 80% of the ones I once admired are now back on the streets.

Who marriage help Abeg."
"Growth sometimes looks like walking away.
Walking away from people, places, habits, and situations that no longer align with the person you’re becoming, not out of anger, bitterness, or pride—but out of self-respect. Some chapters are meant to end so new ones can begin. I’ve learned that protecting your peace is not selfish, and letting go is often the bravest form of self-love.

If it no longer serves your purpose, your happiness, or your growth, it’s okay to leave it behind. The right things won’t require you to abandon yourself to keep them."
