Celebrity fashion stylist Anjy Luminee is unperturbed by the negative comments that have trailed the announcement of the birth of her child, a baby boy with Nollywood actor, Baba Ijesha.

Recall that the Yoruba actor made the disclosure in a post on his Instagram page on Monday, June 15.

Sharing the good news on her Instagram page, the undisturbed stylist expressed gratitude over the birth of their baby, revealing that their hearts are full.

Expressing love to the actor, she declared her love for him, praising him for possessing a pure heart.

Hailing Baba Ijesha as her strong man, she affirmed her unwavering love for him.

She wrote:

OUR LITTLE STAR HAS ARRIVED TO LIGHT UP OUR LIVES.

The news of the duo's child announcement has led to backlash amongst netizens, considering the actor's record of sexual assault.

Refreshing your memory, Baba Ijesha was arrested in April 2021 after CCTV footage surfaced showing him sexually assaulting a 14-year-old minor—the foster daughter of Nigerian comedienne Damilola Adekoya, popularly known as Princess.

Following a highly publicised trial, a Lagos State Sexual Offences Court convicted him in July 2022 of child molestation and indecent assault, sentencing him to a five-year prison term to run concurrently.

He was released from prison in November 2025 after fully serving his sentence.
