Baba Ijesha Announces Birth Of Baby Boy With Celebrity Stylist Partner, Luminee

Nollywood actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, better known as Baba Ijesha, has revealed that he and his celebrity stylist partner Luminee, have welcomed a baby boy together.

The Yoruba actor made the disclosure in a post on his Instagram page on Monday, June 15, sharing maternity photos of himself and his partner.

According to him, God has been writing a special story in his life.

He expressed gratitude to his Maker for the birth of the child, noting how he received more than he prayed for.

Baba Ijesha also disclosed the child's name as King Kagar Omiyinka.

He wrote:

"In quiet ways, in unseen ways, God has been writing a story only He could tell. We thank the Almighty for blessing us with a healthy baby boy.

“God gave me more than I prayed for. My ever-beautiful wife, strong Jagaban, Abikese de mi owo, @ceolumineeofficial, who became the mother of my son, King Kagar Omiyinka."

Baba Ijesha was arrested in April 2021 after CCTV footage surfaced showing him sexually assaulting a 14-year-old minor—the foster daughter of Nigerian comedienne Damilola Adekoya, popularly known as Princess.

Following a highly publicised trial, a Lagos State Sexual Offences Court convicted him in July 2022 of child molestation and indecent assault, sentencing him to a five-year prison term to run concurrently.

He was released from prison in November 2025 after fully serving his sentence.
