Actress Clarion Chukwurah Praises Late Kola Oyewo Over Career Impact

Nollywood actress Clarion Chukwurah, has heaped praises on late veteran Nollywood actor Kola Oyewo.

Recall that The Nigerian Voice reported that the 80-year old veteran actor's death was made public by his junior colleague, Kunle Afod, in an Instagram post on Friday, June 12.

Reacting to the actor's demise, Chukwurah appreciated him for his impact on her career, especially from her undergraduate journey in the Department of Dramatic Arts in the then University of Ife.

She recounted how they both worked together on many projects, emphasizing her respect for him.

Wishing him farewell, she urged him to rest well, praying for the repose of his soul.

She wrote:
"Thank you, sir, for your impact on my Career from my early years as an Undergraduate of the Department of Dramatic Arts in the then University of Ife, as my Lecturer for my Theatre Management Course, to working with you on such great projects as “ODUDUWA”, and many other Historical and Traditional Films and Stage Plays. I bid you farewell, Sir, with deep respect. Rest well, Uncle Dr Kola Oyewo, quintessential Actor across three generations. Good night, Modupe."
