Why My Marriage Crashed- Korra Obidi

Nigerian- born dancer, Korra Obidi has Aopened upnon the reasons behind her crashed marriage. She made this known via an lnstagram live session with her sister. According to her, trouble started when her ex-husband began to quarrel and complain about the amount of time she spends on social media.

Obidi marriage to American, Justin Dean crashed barely few weeks after their second child.

Dean had accused Obidi of infidelity, narcissism, and unaccountability.

The 27-year-old said the situation became worse after her social media page was monetised, adding that Dean believes her money belongs to him.

“I’m gonna divulge some personal details because you’re my blood sister. There has been a constant problem every day with my time on social media up until it started to pay,” she said.

“But before it started to pay I was being called all sorts of names. When the money starts to come they want to claim ownership of it. Like you’re their property so the money is theirs as well.”Korra Obidi started her music career in 2015 when she released her first single titled Man Like You. Her biggest break of her career was the World Cup song named Africa which was released in 2017.
