Nigerian Gospel Artist, Sister Osinachi Nwachukwu, Passes On At 42

Nigerian Popular gospel singer, Sister Osinachi Nwachukwu, has died after battling an undisclosed ailment and being hospitalized for weeks.

The "Ekwueme" singer who has been on life support for the past two months died in an Abuja-based hospital on Friday April 8.

The Imo State-born music minister Osinachi Nwachukwu was well-known for her feature on the track “ Ekwueme ” by Prospa Ochimana, which brought her into the limelight. She was a lead chorister at the Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Abuja.

The singer is survived by her husband and four children.
