Actors Guild mourns Stella Obasanjo and Mandela Ajah Ezeh

The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) led by its National president, Mr Ejike Asiegbu and the Lagos State chairman, Mr Remmy Ohajianya observed on Wednesday, October 26th the one minute silence requested by president Olusegun Obasanjo of all Nigerians, over the death of the first lady, Chief Stella Obasanjo, and the 117 victims of the ill-fated Bellview airline which crashed in Lisa Village, Ifo Local Government of Ogun State on October 22.

Asiegbu, who described the week of the incidents as a dark period for the industry also announced the death of an actor Mr Mandela Ajah Ezeh who died recently. He expressed the Guild's condolences for the families of the bereaved and Mr president over the loss of his wife. He described her as a mother of the art in Nigeria and one of the adorable patrons of the AGN.
