BEVERLY HILLS, AUGUST 11, (THEWILL) – Justin Bieber, 22, the notorious Canadian born singer has been hanging out with the 17-year-old daughter of Lionel Richie, Sofia. They have been everywhere together these days.

Reports said Sofia, who turns 18 in about two weeks flew with Justin to Japan in a private plane on Thursday. He is playing there this weekend.
