Every tattoo on my Body has a meaning – IK Ogbonna
Handsome Nollywood star IK Ogbonna, is not a new face in the movie industry. The actor in a chat with the Punch newspaper while on a movie set in Port Harcourt the Rivers state capital has revealed that every tattoo on his body has a meaning.
IK stated; “Every tattoo on my body has a meaning. There is one which means a 'star was born.' I believe I was born to be a star. I did not have a great voice but I knew I was going to be a star. I had this many years before I started acting. Another is the face of Jesus, he means everything to me.
He is the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him. There is one on Psalm 23 and Psalm 121 and there is also a rose which means peace.”
He said further on how female fans love the drawings on his body and how he decided to limit the tattoos because of the roles he plays in movies.
“They love my tattoos. If I was not an actor, I would probably have more because when I started acting I realised that tattoos will hinder me. There are certain roles you can't play and that would restrict you.”
The once upon a time model turned actor married his beautiful wife Sonia earlier this year and they are blessed with a son.
