Monthly Sanitation Exercise Holds Saturday July 25, 2015

This month’s Sanitation exercise holds on Saturday July 25, 2015 across the various Local Government Areas of Rivers State.

As usual human and vehicular movements will be restricted from 7am to 10am during the sanitation hours.

Anyone caught violating the restriction of movement order shall be arrested and charged before the Sanitation Court.

The Sole Administrator of Rivers State Waste Management Agency, Bro Felix Obuah therefore, appeals to all residents to fully participate by cleaning their environment, clearing their drains, bagging their wastes and dropping same at approved receptacles only.

He also appeals to companies, corporate organizations and individuals to donate their pay loaders, trucks and other equipments for easy evacuation of waste on the Sanitation Day.

All those on essential services or duties are advised to obtain exemption permit from the office of the Sole Administrator, Rivers State Waste Management Agency, along Ikwerre Road, Port Harcourt.
