Why People No Longer Heard of Junior and Pretty...Pretty Okafor

In the early 90s in Nigeria, the entertainment industry was not complete without the music duo of Junior and Pretty.

They were very famous with their hit tracks like, 'Monica' 'Bolanle' and many other songs which ruled the Nigerian airwaves then. But suddenly when the industry started facing serious competitions, the duo were absent from the train.

Recently, Nollywoodgists.com came in contact with one of the living singer, Pretty Okafor better known as Pretty, who is the President of Performing Musicians Employers' Association Of Nigeria (PMAN) and asked what really happened the group went silently suddenly.

Pretty disclosed that after going on tour for couple of years through the help of a brand company, Junior passed on through an accident and the group had to end.

The introvert singer disclosed that he had to establish a production outfit which is known to be one of the biggest entertainment outfit in Nigeria and handles some of the major shows in the country.
