Nollywood film producer and former model, Blessing Effiom Egbe, had relocated to South Africa in the quest to live up to her dreams of greener pastures. But what she did not bargain for was the segregation that stared her right in the face.

She disclosed that she came back to Nigeria when she was told foreign models could not earn more than South Africans.

"I left in 2005 when it was declared that model foreigners could not take a job over a stipulated amount. It was too obvious we were hated!!!" she said.

She called out advert agencies who patronize South Africa to desist from the act and develop local contents from Nigeria.

"Tomorrow, all the many advertising production companies in Nigeria will jet out to S.A to go and shoot there! Shame on u all!!!" she penned.
