Senate President Mark Set For Re-election, Opens Wide Lead In Senate Race

SAN FRANCISCO, March 29, (THEWILL)  – Senate President, Senator David Mark, is set to win the Benue South Senatorial district race by a wide margin, winning in six out of nine local governments in the district, according to exit poll numbers from that district.

Though INEC is yet to formally declare the results for the district, the local governments won by Mark, according to exit poll data are Otukpo, Okpokwu, Ado, Ogbadibo, the local government area of his main challenger, Mr. Daniel Onje, Ohimini and Agatu.
