Nerc Commissioned Yola Forum Office For Electricity Complaints
Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission( NERC) has commissioned a new office in Yola that has the sole aim of constant hearing and resolving customers complaints on appeal in the operational area of every distribution lincense .
The chief executive officer of the Yola Electricity Distribution Centre (YEDC),Mr Louis Dominic said the forum office for electricity complaints is primarily a customers base office that is gear toward enhancing a better company customer relationship.
"The office can be seen in near future to properly position the NERC and YEDC to serve customer well with improved electricity with the support of Federal government .Dominic said
Mr Louis also lamented that the company suffered tremendous loses and still experiencing all form of vandalism as a result of insurgents operations in the north-east part of the country where it hold the power base of the company.
According to him despite all this societal ills the company is still standing tall to be a vibrant customer base company which cetxrdx b
an resustate the dwindling electricity D supply in the region, though with i. Minimal supply of 1.0 power in the state by NERC for distribution as against the normal supply of 3.6 to satisfy the Adamawa state people.

The commissioner of NERC ,Dr Abba Ibrahim thank the NERC of Yola for their effort to built an edifice of worth to the sake customers in the state.
