Human rights lawyer, Bamidele Aturu, is dead

A Lagos based human rights lawyer, Bamidele Aturu, is dead.

According to a family source, Mr. Aturu, a vibrant lawyer known for his human rights activism and constitutionalism, died on Wednesday evening after a brief illness  in a Lagos hospital.
