Edo Assembly Suspends Deputy Speaker, Others Over Alleged Misconduct

SAN FRANCISCO, June 09, (THEWILL) â€' The Edo State House of Assembly  Monday suspended its Deputy Speaker, Rt. Honourable Festus Ebea and three other members over what it termed alleged misconduct.

Only 11 members of the House were present at the session.

Those affected by the suspension order include Friday Ogieriakhi (Orhionmwon South); Jude Ise-Idehen (Ikpoba-Okha) and Patrick Osayimwen (Oredo East).
