Genevieve Nnaji, Chika Ike, Others Mourn Akunyili

Some Nigerian celebrities have mourned the demise of former Director-General of the National Agency for Food and Drug administration Control (NAFDAC), Professor Dora Akinyuli, who died on Saturday morning in India.

Her death came barely 24 hours after the country lost an hero, the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero, to the cold hands of death.

Former Miss Nigeria, Omowunmi Akinnifesi shared the photo with the caption: 'I will miss you aunty Dora Akunyili. A woman of truth. A role model to Nigerian Women. She did so much for Nigeria. May her soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.'
